The apparent warning encoded on pages 289 and 290 is this:
Some background material on the Rio Grande.
In the narrative of TTTTA. In the narrative story of TTTTA, there are three general phases of attack in the first Allied Enemy campaign (the Pacific Coast campaign). 1) The first battles of TGWITA occurring in "mid May" of 1930 are 2) later followed by the August 1 attacks between Brownsville and El Paso along the Rio Grande. And then 3) after long days of anxious waiting, San Francisco is attacked and destroyed in "September 1930." The dating is interesting; the non specific "mid May," the exact "August 1" and the "September 1930." Its as if the events are certain but the dates of the major events are not.
Though the magnitude is incorrect, there have been modest warnings to date. There was the January 22, 2016 Jonah snow storm, the February 23, 2016 Wasco, CA 4.2M earthquake and the June 10, 2016 Berrego Springs, CA earthquake. I consider the Jonah snow storm a warning resulting from the page 69 discussion of the Book of Jonah. The February 23, 2016 Wasco quake was arguably forecast by TTTTA and wrongly thought by myself to be an event to manifest in far greater proportions (my "great mistake," certainly one among many). The June 10, 2016 Berrego Springs quake was forecast for June 9 and occurred 4 minutes after midnight PST but was felt in Los Angeles. Very preliminary warnings that seem to have occurred. The later two, certainly in my opinion, interwoven into TTTTA.
So, the first battle of the first Allied Enemy campaign seems to have taken place; it was the Barrego Springs earthquake on June 9/10. It was felt in Los Angeles. It did not destroy LA, but do we know the extent to which it may have affected the geologic structure on which LA sits?
I do not believe the "Brownsville to El Paso along the Rio Grande" warning that fictionally occurred on August 1 has occurred in 2016. Without it, it would seem the final destruction of Los Angeles and the greater destruction of San Francisco will occur. Those destructions follow that Rio Grande attack. If the date progression of the first Allied Enemy campaign of the TGWITA has not occurred in tandem with actual events in 2016, we still might expect the ordinal progression to occur. And we would be watching for the symbolic "battles" along the Rio Grande.
The Rio Grande Rift. Thought to be an inactive fault system, the Rio Grande Rift has recently been found to be an active seismic structure. Could Mr. Gann have been referring to the Rio Grande Rift as a warning to locations west of the Rift; Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Francisco?
The encoded message. When looking at acrostic and telestic letters for apparently meaningful words, some misspellings jump out at you. For example, "rng" and "fre," discussed in the previous essay were both missing the 'i' and were nearly 2000 lines apart. Ultimately, the missing 'i' was found perfectly spaced between those two miss spellings producing the meaningful phrase "Ring in Fire."
So it was faintly alarming several months ago to see the contiguous acrostic letters "tectt" suggesting "tectonic." Led back to this location in TTTTA (pages 289 and 290) I fixated on those words and the entirely telestic word "yes"....until finally, I was able to identify the phrase in the context of the fictional story and progression of battles. Page 289:
Page 290:
I've colored coded each word or set of words and provided a legend so you can replicate my work. I've erased all color coding and picked out the words twice to make sure all the letters are present. By "Pythagorean substitution" I've used a '9' to give me an 'r' and a '1' to give me an 'a.' Otherwise, the entire phrase spelled at the beginning of this essay is lacking only an 'l' (see the word Brownsville_e in the legend). There are very few unused letters.
You can perfectly replicate my work by just downloading the Excel WD Gann's "Map of Time."
And the phrase seems to make sense; that a final warning to the sheep will occur along the line from Brownsville to El Pase....along the Rio Grande Rift.
You'll also notice the faint green highlighted dates appear in this interval of lines; September 6 and the period October 13-19.

I received an email this morning from a widely read friend asking me "what if" the stock market doesn't make a new all time high on September 6? Of course, he's referring to my personal observations that 19040 on September 6 would be the number of days from the July 8, 1932 Great Depression low to September 6, 2016 divided by Phi. That's not a WD Gann observation.
On the other hand, the above is a clue...or at least, in my best subjective formulation and judgement, WD Gann created that phrase in TTTTA to tell us the Rio Grande Rift would be a warning. Something would happen on September 6 that would be a warning and it would likely involve the Rio Grande.
I have some reservations. In TTTTA, the Rio Grande attack occurred on August 1, 1930, not in September. Still, I have not seen any 2016 events that seem to involve the Rio Grande Rift....the fictional attack along the Rio Grande simply has not occurred in real time. I believe we are owed a warning.
So, if DJIA doesn't make a new ATH next week, if an event along the "primary battle line" of Brownsville to El Paso does not occur....I will be greatly relieved.
If the DJIA hits 19040 on September 6 and after the close a modest seismic or other symbolic event hits passably close to the Rio Grande, then I am very worried. For anyone living on the Pacific Coast, they should be very worried.
There are more corroborating messages in the "Ring in Fire."
