Then, of course, I found that TAO was correlated with the date 9/11/2001 and the number of deaths that actually occurred that day. Then the phrase took on the meaning:
"9/11/2001 is the PATH to WAR."
The phrase is first encoded as acrostically spelled words. Then the words are placed on 3 different pages so someone, not having discovered the acrostic/telestic encoding, will not notice them. They'd see the word "TAO" might be spelled using the first letter of each line and think to themselves and think "well, that's neat" but its just random. They'd similarly discount the word "to" and probably never see "WAR" on the third of three pages.
That's how this phrase has been kept secret for 89 years. That's largely how WD Gann has kept secret the many predictions - prophecies derived from his understanding of the Bible and math and science. He wanted to keep these predictions secret until the time he knew it would become important to the world; until the age of the 266th Pope. We entered the age of the 266th Pope with the election of Pope Francis in 2013 and it is now that he either intended or knew his prophecies would be uncovered as revealed in the 7th Manifest Prophecy.
The "Tao" device demonstrated above is just one more of Mr. Gann's methods and it needs to be explored to its end to find its greatest meanings. Perhaps there is a meaning for us in terms of what happens next or perhaps there will be the key to how he arrived at his predictions through math and science as explained in the Bible.
What then do we know about the manner in which "TAO to WAR?" The words are presented on different pages and each word is separated by 81 spaces. 'TAO' begins on line 2697, 'to' appears on lines 2777 and 2778 and 'WAR' ends on line 2858. Do the math, exactly 81 spaces.
So the rule is, when we find an acrostic word 'tao' then we should find the word 'to' thereafter, count the spaces between and then use that interval to count from the 'to' to a third word to determine the resultant phrase.
Using the "finder" device I have included in the free (I mean free because I make nothing from this project, there aren't any embedded ads and there aren't any click fees) download of WD Gann's "Map of Time", you will find that there are exactly 14 occurrences of the word 'tao' found in TTTTA:
As you can see, I have located the third of three words for 6 of the above occurrences of 'tao.' The first three have been the subject of an essay already.
Out of the first three 'tao' lines above, each has a meaning. Line 2697 "TAO to WAR" is the prophecy of 9/11. Line 4308 "Tao to Hoi" is a component prophecy of the War in Vietnam when supplemented with the acronym of the last name of Edna Quinton e.g. Tonkin; as in the Tonkin incident and the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution. And line 4609, "Tao to Ata" meaning Muhammad Ata, with spacing of 77 lines for American Airlines flight 77 that crashed into the Pentagon on 9/11/01.
We have the first 3 of 3 iterations of the "Tao device" providing very understandable meaning and each providing a prophecy. What about the remainder? It is going to take time to unravel all of these but you can see I have made headway.
3 out of 3. Remember the Nassim Taleb story of the Tony the Streetwise Bookie? Professor Taleb proposed to an MIT PhD in statistics and to Tony the Streetwise Bookie; "You have a fair coin, flip it 9 times and it comes up heads, what will happen when you flip it the 10th time?" The PhD says, "It will be tails because the probability of yet another head is astronomically low." Tony says "No, its heads." "Why Tony," Professor Nassim asks. "Because anyone with any intelligence knows that it is impossible for a fair coin to be flipped and come up heads nine times in a row. The coin has two heads." The game is rigged. Mr. Gann rigged it with a device.
There may be more in the "Tao device" than just one meaning for each word "Tao." There are more than 100 occurrences of the word 'to.' So, perhaps 1 occurrence of 'tao' could be married with every occurrence of 'to' either going forward as we have or going backwards. That would give as many as 14 occurrences of 'tao' times the number of occurrences of 'to' or about 1400 possible phrases. Perhaps there's another conjunction other than 'to' thus adding to the possible meanings.
Mr. Gann had a staff of, from what I have read on the Internet (said facetiously), 12 to 28 staff members over many years while on Wall Street. I'm sure one or two did proofing work, but what were they doing? Mr. Gann had proven he could dominate the stock market, having entered 286 trades in real time with only 24 losses (the Ticker Interview)...with an auditor in tow no less. Mr. Gann worked day and night as his grandson said and just as did his fictional proxy, Robert Gordon. Does it take a stable of number crunchers to develop a newsletter each month?
No. Mr. Gann's stable of people were, in my wildest opinion, performing the computations necessary to predict the future based upon a "perfectly good model of Euclidian geometry using DeCartesian coordinates" (to imperfectly quote the Einstein Essay Prize Editor, another nom de plume of Mr. Gann, again IMO). I believe Mr. Gann portioned out individual calculations to his human calculators and did it in such a way, none of them knew how each calc was being used. In that way, he could make hundreds of predictions and not have his methods or predictions discovered.
Similarly, even though we have computers and calculators, I can't make all the judgments and follow all the 'paths' that Mr. Gann may give us in the 'tao device.' I would welcome anyone with the time and interest to post in the comments section to this essay insights gained by using this device. I don't expect 1400 insights, I do expect many. And I do expect insights not just to prophecies of the last 89 years, but some that may color for us our near future. Please help, the WD Gann "Map of Time" is on this blog for download and it is free. Do it for me, do it to refute my thinking (and make me better), but above all, do it for yourself and your family. And please share. It costs you nothing but keystrokes.

Lines 1024-1026 'Tao,' lines 1067-1069 'to,' lines 1011-13 'tdy.' Words separated by 45 lines. Meaning, for the moment "Path to the understanding of time, date and year." It is meaningful that 45 was the angle that Mr. Gann said separated time and space (price) equally.

Lines 10814-10816 "Tao," lines 10815-10816 "to," lines 10813-10815 "Ata." Tao, to and Ata are superimposed over one another on the lines 10813-10816.
ReplyDelete"Path to Ata" now found 3 times according to this device.
Jim
Correction, "to" does not appear because it is separated by an 'a.' 'Ata' is superimposed over 'Tao' and leads 'Tao' by one space. The message would be:
Delete"Path Ata"

8958 tao -> 9033 to -> 3. piece must be ~9108 ?
ReplyDeleteGood morning Ben, I'd say WA2 on lines 9019-9021 words because you find "t o" nearly perfectly equidistant from "tao" and "wa2". Count 33 spaces from the T in Tao and you get to the exact middle of 't o.' Count 32 spaces from the middle of 't o' and you get to the last letter of 'wa2.' I'd expect wa2 is the James Caravelle pronunciation of 'war.'
DeleteNot much we can do with all these riddle answers for the moment other than to say we are 100% sure they were placed there with intent. Did WDG place them there just to tease us or did he have a purpose? I think the latter. And we'll have to keep digging to find the purpose.
Thanks for helping. Its entirely possible this device might have a large number of the 1400 permutations I've put at a max. Its also possible there are variants of the method I'm not seeing that someone else might.

waR detected at 9160..63, could match above mentioned tao.
ReplyDeleteNow that is perplexing. If war at 9160 were to be matched with tao on line 8957, then I'd expect to find 'to' halfway between 9163 and 8957. That would be 8957 + ((9163-8957) X .5) = 9060 and there isn't a 'to' nearby 9060.
DeleteI'm going to guess that the 'war' on 9163 is married to one of the earlier tao's by a 'to' but haven't figured it out. I'd be surprised it doesn't have a mate.
Thanks, I'll be working on it,
Jim
Let's say the 'war' on 9160 is marred to a 'tao' higher up than 8957. Would not, then, the 8957-9033 mated tao-wa2 be a subsidiary of the larger one? A wheel within a wheel?
DeleteMight the intervals between the "ta0-war" endpoints be describing cycles of war? Just thinking out loud and I don't know.

Hi Jim,
ReplyDeletethe WA2 you mention at 9019 is a perfect War ?!
9019 W
9020 ar
8938: "The demon of death"
-> partial anagram = OTTOMAN
Whats the smallest tao (the smallest device) ? ->
A zigzag between acrostic and telestic letters ->
8950:
T n
o y
a r
f d
Starting bottom left i get: "front"
and again from bottom right: "day"
= "front day"
You're on fire Ben!!! The Ottoman Empire = Islam = Demon of Death. Makes sense. How might that interpretation be confirmed. Might it be tied to the word ISIL found in the acrostics?
ReplyDeleteI've considered the zigzag and I've considered looking for acrostics telestics by reading the letters backwards but my plate has been full. With a dozen or two dozen people working for him, I expect Mr. Gann buried more stuff than I can ever find.
I've seen many zig zag encodings, such as Dion in the "Abraham Martin and John" essay.
Acronyms; I've read TTTTA many times and given that I'm constantly referring to it, even more times. A very very odd sounding phrase used several times is "hopes blasted" and its permutations (used about 5 times). A perfect (using all letters) of "hopes blasted" is "behead plots." Recall we find ISIL in the acrostics and we find nearby (I think) James W Foley (the 1915 poet AND the beheaded journalist).

Line 12095 Tao to Obam 70 spaces between the words. I expect this refers to Barrack Obama which is the subject of another essay.
ReplyDeleteRe 12095, if you go another 33 spaces, you find "God" with the last letter on 12266. Then you have about 70 spaces from Tao to t in to, and then about 105 from the o in to to the d in God. That is a ratio of 1.5. We're given the alternative of Obam or God?
ReplyDeleteLine 12724, "Tao to NATO" with 75 letters in between words
