James W Foley beheading - Did WD Gann predict this tragic event?

Thanks to a reader, Ben, who made this possible discovery.

We find on page 150 and 151 of WD Gann'ts "The Tunnel Thru the Air" fhat James W Foley wrote the following poem read by Robert Gordon:

A search of "The Golden Hour" and "poem" does not give me this poem.  A search of "I'm sending you one golden hour from the full jeweled crown of the day" does not find James W Foley.

A search of "James W Foley" gives me James Wright Foley who was beheaded by ISIL on September 12, 2014 (one day after the anniversary of 9/11).

A Google search of James W Foley does find a poet, James W Foley (see HERE) living in the general time period of TTTTA, but I do not find "The Golden Hour" among his works.

All of which begs the question; did Mr. Gann write the poem and select the name James W Foley in order to predict a future event?  That event became a huge media firestorm.

Ben, again, finds something; a possible acrostic message at the bottom of page 150:

A misspelled semblance of Allah, perhaps?  Does that acrostic message appear at a location in the poem where the narrative that we should play as if there is light where there is gloom?  We we then, as a nation, refusing to believe the evil...playing as if the evil does not exist?

Stuff to ponder....soberly.  Make up your own mind.

In that last regard, there are several very capable researchers, that I believe.  If you would kindly comment to this post the findings or absence of finding in regard to the poem "The Golden Hour" it would benefit all.  [FOLLOW-UP: see comments below.]

  2. Jim,
You can buy it on Amazon or Ebay.

One says 1925 the other 1915. 1915 looks right as a First Edition.

  3. Thank you George. I am going to leave the essay if for no other reason than to exhibit my silliness. Funny that, since it is in the public domain (1925), there isn't a scanned reflection available (that I could find that is). I continue to ponder "ALLA" and the nature of playing there is light when there is gloom.

  4. If you are bored try playing with this
    http://anagram-solver.net/
I put in all the letters from the acrostic side of the Foreword and two words that came out (click below for words it finds when it comes up blank) were "Timeline" and "History"
When I did the telestic I got "tunnel" and "world".
Maybe delete the letters from those words and keep going...
    what fun you could have

  5. Interesting. I enjoy the anagram approach and believe Mr. Gann used anagrams. But I have not been very good at detecting them. You might consider the essay on Naomi and the Palace of Minos...I think that is a key to the San Francisco prophecy when combined with the acrostic "pit."

I don't know why I did not consider using the anagram solver to address possibly the most important section of the book, the Foreword. I'd accuse myself of not thinking outside the box but most would accuse me of being entirely in right field.

Best wishes and thank you for the contribution,

    Jim
